The Nourishment Program
This is a 12 week Nourishment Program I offer to motivated women who want to improve their health and transform their life. I will help you address health concerns through a root cause approach utilizing integrative nutrition approaches.
This program includes nutrition counseling & coaching, functional lab testing, personalized resources and access to specific nutrition platforms. Most importantly, you are provided with accountability, compassion and on-going support.
Together we will get to the root cause of:
Fatigue and Lack of Energy
Eczema, skin issues
Food Sensitivities and Food Allergies
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Gastrointestinal Discomfort & Disorders

Individualized sessions are conducted in-person or via a HIPAA compliant virtual platform to allow convenient care for the patient.

Reiki (pronounced “ray key”) is a form of energy healing, that originated from Japanese culture. Reiki can help to address physical and emotional imbalances, by enabling the body and spirit to become harmonized. We live in a society where fears, anger, expectations, living in the future and judgement become the focus of our thoughts, contributing to many physical ailments. Reiki works on healing an individual from the root of our physical or mental distress by rebalancing energy within the body to reconnect the mind, body and spirit. Eleni believes in integrating reiki with healthy eating habits to enhance the health of the entire body.
In a session, an individual can expect to be sitting or lying down. When practicing reiki, the use of light touch or no touch at all is common. Benefits of a reiki session can be different depending on the individual, however many will experience a feeling of peace within themselves, mental clarity and vibrancy within the physical body.
